However, if upon subscription, you are still not able to sign-in or access content on our software, kindly contact us within 10 working days from the date of installation and we will fully refund the cost of your purchase.

However if such complaint is not laid within the period as stipulated above, your available remedy is for LawPavilion to reinstall your product or re-subscribe you. It shall however be LawPavilion’s exclusive purview to decide which of the available remedies is best suited to each particular instance.
